In the US, Title VII requires employers to reasonably accommodate an employee's religious practices, such as Sabbath observance, unless it causes undue hardship. The EEOC's fact sheet explains the rules and how to file a charge. This is general information, not legal advice; for your situation, speak with an employment lawyer or the EEOC.

OSM records require documented audience review before public display. Regional OSM business leads are now connected through a separately licensed collection. These are not verified Jewish/frum providers, current inventory, professional licensing or eligibility evidence. ChabadUp offers scoped jobs/services APIs for approved partners. A site-specific key and agreement are required; raw dataset redistribution is forbidden. Permanent retention is not granted by the technical docs. Existing Jewish job boards remain links.
Businesses that want more visibility can ask for a Featured listing: shown first in its category with a "Featured" badge, $29 per month (pricing may change). The basic listing stays free.
